» How are the best internet rates guaranteed?
This is the official website of the Hotel Executive Florence and we do not allow third parties to undercut our rates.

» How does the reservation system work and what is the payment procedure?
Bookings are made online using our real time system to confirm availability and guaranteed by credit card. However, your card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel.

» What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received (through the booking system) more than 48 hours before your expected arrival will not incur any penalty. Cancellations received after this time incur the cost of the first night of your booking.

» What’s the difference between Deluxe and Classic rooms, apart from the price?
Our Deluxe rooms are painstakingly designed in splendid, antiquated Florentine style to reflect the period in which our historical building was constructed. » Does the Hotel Executive Florence offer wireless internet connection? Where exactly?
Yes we do, for a small daily supplement. The entire property is covered by the signal.

» Can we bring pets?
Yes, pets are allowed.

» Does the Hotel Executive Florence have private parking facilities?
Not on site but we through our partners nearby we can arrange for your car to be picked up, valeted and kept securely.

» Is there a restaurant on the property?
There is a bar and lounge but sadly no restaurant. Italian buffet breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room but for lunch and dinner we recommend consulting the hotel’s informed concierge team.
